Are there any contracts required?

No, there are no contracts for you to have us build or host your website. We will give you the two months free if you pay on an annual bases. You may cancel your service at the end of any billing cycle.

Do I own the website that you build for me and can I have a copy or take the website to host elsewhere if we don't want to keep using your services?

All original  content on the website belongs to you. Any copyright material belongs to the creator or owner. The graphics and layout belong to us for a duration of two year of paid service at which time we will release the copyright to you. The core part of the CMS software is GNU General  Public License (GPL) which means it is free for you to use and we will give you a copy upon request. Please note that the website will not work properly with just the core software installed.

How do I manage my website after it is built?

We will set up an account for you and any staff member you want to be able to help you keep your website updated. With your account login information you will be able to manage the content on your website. You will also have full access to our user manual documents.
